16 facts, but they have to be fun

Elvira tagged me and I figured why not.

1. I have a kitty named Curry, but she lives in Taiwan with her mom. I hope I can go back to Taiwan to take care of her again.
2. I have a hard time answering the question, where are you from? I’ve lived in a lot of places and there is no simple answer.
3. I learned how to drive on a maroon 1980 Volvo station wagon with a manual transmission.
4. This past Christmas was my first one I’ve spent with my family in four years.
5. I have an uncanny knack for locations, I can visit a place once and be able to find my way back there years later.
6. I didn’t drink until after I turned 21. My first drink was tequila in Mexico with my Uncle Gary.
7. I’ve worn glasses or contact lenses nearly my entire life. My current pair of glasses are in terrible shape, my kitty chewed on the parts that hook over the ears and scratched the lenses.
8. I’m fascinated by intellectual property rights. I helped my friend Vincent successfully defend the domain motorazr.com from being repossessed by Motorola in a UDRP. If I ever go back to school for something it will be for internet law.
9. Today is January the 13th, which is my birthday, my father’s birthday, his first cousin’s birthday, and his godfather’s birthday. For a birthday present this year, I got my dad his own domain for his tumblr account and setup e-mail for that domain as well.
10. I was in was in our marching band’s drumline in high school. We were really good, we played the X-Files theme song and an arrangement of The Simpsons theme song.
11. One of my pupils is quite a bit bigger than the other, it gets worse when I’m tired and apparently freaks people out.
12. I have every The Prodigy album (even the singles).
13. In the summer of 2007 I went to the beach every single weekend for 3 months.
14. In the spring of 2008 I had a campfire with my cousin Evan every single weekend for 3 months.
15. In 2004 I gave up my job, sold almost everything I owned, packed the rest of my stuff into two suitcases and moved to Taiwan where I studied Chinese for 15 months, got a job, and eventually returned to the US in April of 2008.
16. I am very hairy.
