Turn off auto-updating of the Greasemonkey version of Tumblr Savior, you do not ever want it to automatically update. It will reset your blacklist. To do this, go to your Add-ons Manager, click on the Greasemonkey tab, then right click on the Tumblr Savior entry and uncheck the line that says: ‘Automatically check for updates’

While you’re at it, why not try the Firefox Add-on version of Tumblr Savior, it’s much easier to use and can actually be updated without losing all your settings. If you don’t like that link for it, you can find a copy of it in the Firefox Add-on Gallery.
